The intention of The Lounge is to assist students and provide a back-up means of communication. MATC e-mail is the preferred method of communication. However, there are times when a secondary option is required.
When posting your question or concern, please be as descriptive as possible. Consider including the assignment name, page numbers, and/or screenshot. There is the option to browse and attach files, too. This assistance can come from other students or the instructor. However, the instructor will give the final seal of approval and indicate when the situation has been resolved.
Also, consider subscribing to The Lounge. Your instructor may use this space to post important course announcements. Subscribing will send you an e-mail when new messages or responses have been posted.
